This small restaurant was certainly attractive as it distinguishes itself from other restaurants that serve Western food around it. The quality of food, however, was not as good as it should be since it lacked the details Japanese food should have. The rice (hot) was not the quality Japanese food usually served since it was rather dried and not using Sushi rice. The sashimi lacked details and the presentation was not as attractive as it should be. To be honest, the food was slightly disappointing as compared to those I used to have at my home town. Staff (female). was not very welcoming and denied my entrance without checking my online booking. It was only upon a second request for repeated checking of my booking that we were admitted. I felt lucky that I had made an advance booking online. Otherwise, I would have to wander around the streets looking for somewhere to eat. The seats were closely arranged and the table was so small that we couldn’t find space to put the soya sauce!, We finished our dinner in less than 40 minutes. I would only recommend this restaurant to those who haven’t tried Japanese food before and those who are really so homesick and desperate for Eastern food.
